Thank you to all who helped me with this appointment for my reoccurring herniated disc/degerative disc disease/mild scoliosis! I greatly appreciate it more than I can say and although I know I'm getting older, I pray this physical therapy and mild exercise in pool and chair yoga helps prevent the increasing pain every time this flares up!
