Had a cataract removed in the morning and the surgery was a success. The entire staff at Monticello surgery center was amazing. After I got home to recover and do post surgery care developed a terrible headache about 8pm and it got so bad I was unable to sleep. At 1:15AM I could not stand the pain any longer and called Dr. Gonce at home and he met me at his office at 2 AM to release the pressure built up around the incision. Dr. Gonce used a syringe to release the pressure and within minutes the headache was gone. How many Doctors would meet you at his office at 2 AM when you already had an appt. scheduled for the next day at 8AM? A very caring Physician that I highly recommend.
