Dr. Joseph is a true professional, and a great communicator. I was worried about a procedure, and Mark was able to assuage my fears, and explain step by step what to expect. There were a number of follow up emails and texts, l never felt forgotten! I would highly recommend Dr. Joseph to anyone looking for an ophthalmologist.
