I was there to see Dr. Cúa at 11:10 so I got there at 10:30.My suegro Melquiades has alzheimer's and I never know how he's going to behave when we go to an appointment. Sometimes he doesn't want to get dressed but when he does I take advantage and leave early to the doctor. Well I signed him up and one hour later I went to ask about the waiting time for the second time. The first time the lady in the front told me there were 4 patients ahead. The second time it jumped from 4 to 8 patients. She told that he was running behind so what are the appointments for?If Dr. Cúa is running behind call the patients and cancel the remaining appointments until he catches up.I can't be there for so many hours with my suegro who has alzheimer's. I could tell that there was people stressed out because of the wait.It was not a good day today and the lady made it seem like she didn't care if I left the doctor's office. Cut patients appointments if it's too much stress for the doctor to see.
