in 1999 when I was 41 years old I was taking into emergency surgery and operated on by Dr. Mark Eisenberg for a decompressive laminectomy on thoracic one through five for an epidural abscess related to a MRSA infection. Dr. Eisenberg saved me from permanent paralyzation or being unalive. Fast Forward to 2017. I am 60 years old and in chronic pain 24 -7. After my local neurologist ordered an MRI and diagnosed severe spinal stenosis. I contacted Dr. Eisenberg again. He performed, a spinal fusion on L4 and five at Northshore Hospital. The minute I stood after surgery I realized that there was no longer any pain and it never came back. Happily I was able to welcome my first grandchild that year as a healthy grandmother. Dr. Eisenberg and his staff have always been friendly and helpful explaining things in way I can understand. If I ever require treatment in his area of expertise, I will certainly contact him again. I have recommended him to all of my family and friends.
