Dr. Orenshein personally called me, I was surprised. Dr. Orenshein Explained that he is very busy but will take time out to speak to any patient about his establishment and services. Dr. Orenshein was courteous, calm, kind and professional, and took time to listen to me without judgment. We managed to work out the issue without any problems. He also apologize for my distress. He did mention he is aware of his employees tactics and will speak to them about improvement. My advice is if any of his employees threaten you by hijacking your appointment example saying you will lose your appointment if you don’t do a A, B, C. Call Dr. Orenshein immediately will listen and try to work things out if you are sincere.
