I cannot say enough about Dr Frenkel, Emily, and the entire team. The first time I walked into the office I had excrutiating pain in my back with what felt like electrical shocks radiating down both legs. Dr. Frenkel ordered every diagnostic test needed in order to find the problem. He found a mass on my spine and scheduled surgery immediately. From the first visit until the operation, everyone in the office was very caring, proactive and thorough. Dr Frenkel's bedside manner is top notch, and was always very informative and willing to answer any questions my family or I had. He was easy to talk with and I would highly recommend him to anybody. Emily, Dr. Frenkel’s P.A., was amazing to work with, took care of setting everything up, and was easy to chat with on the portal whenever I had a concern. The partnership that Dr. Frenkel and Emily have is wonderful and they work so well together, both complimenting each other. While it is never fun to navigate the unknown and deal with a scary medical issue, this team is the best and made the entire situation so much more bearable. Thank you for giving me my life back!
