Dr. H is the best. I have arthritis in both my knees. For months he kept giving me exercises to do but they hurt too much so I only did them once in awhile. I finally got the mindset to do them everyday. What a difference!! I’m starting to be able to move better and go longer between shots. Dr. H kept encouraging me I’m so glad I finally listened. He is easy to talk and patient. Very kind. Also Pina is wonderful too
