Takes much longer than expected to familiarize himself with past history and newer issues. Always easy to get a follow up appointment, where he will once again check for new symptoms, give recommendations as necessary. He's always only a MyChart or phone call away. He once returned my call late in the evening to make sure he caught me asap. Requested blood work that actually found my problem so I can be treated well, not just within a random diagnosis. Seems to like questions, if you involve yourself in your health issues and he will educate you and answer your concerns rather than just prescribe pills to pop. My husband is also Dr Halls patient, and we are usually able to get back-to-back appointments to save us the additional drive. Prompt replies either way. Insurance can be updated through MyChart before appointment, so there shouldn't be any claim issues. Waiting room is clean and pleasant, never a long. Almost worth having a health issue.
