I believe this Dr Evans was practicing in Northern Va several years ago. If this is the same one I would give him the highest rating possible. Several times he has operated on my fingers that were afflicted with trigger finger. I have also had many cortisone shots. He is a fantastic doctor in every aspect. If he lived close to Sterling I would still be seeing him.
