Dear Dr.Gonzalgo, Just a short note to let you know that I believe that you have done an outstanding job.Since surgery three and a half weeks ago, I have not experienced any incontanance issues nor have I had a problem with ejaculation or erections. My physical therapist has mentioned to me that I don’t have to see her anymore and that in her 27 years of specializing in the pelvic area that I hold the title of being number 1 patient with no side effects. Think you for performing the “nerve sparing procedure”. You were great! GG
