The visit to Dr Mark Hornfeld's office was everything a doctor's visit should be. Polite, professional, very short wait, state of the art technology, kind and efficient at the same time. From the start checking in with Jessica, the tests run by Stephanie and of course Dr Hornfeld himself assessing the problems, evaluating with no rush a rare thing in NYC, yet extremely efficient. Congratulations, this is how the experience of going to the doctor should always be. Thank you.
