He took the time to respond to very question and medical condition of which I have quite a few. His answers were so well explained no further inquire was needed. He listened to me and asked questions to determine my conditions. He deferred me for MRI and other tests. Very respectful and professional in every way. I am a retired CPA. Also a U of M Grad. Due to his hospital teaching related duties his office hours for patients is 15% hence appointments required waiting.
