Dr. Melden seems to know his profession but his 'bedside manner' could use some help. The field is psychiatry relies almost entirely on patients' self reports. Learning to ask good questions and really listening and believing people is so important. He could use some help in this area. He has compassion and wants to help people and he is willing to try some novel approaches when conventional ones aren't helping.
