I had eyelids and eyebrows that were drooping to the point of affecting my vision. My ophthalmologist referred me to Dr. Melson. His office staff - on the phone and in person - were all friendly and courteous. They were very helpful and took care of my insurance. He explained my procedure and what to expect. The results are great. I have clear sight and don't look like I have had 'too much done.' I am a physician, so I am a bit picky about who I want to cut on me, and I recognize when an office is run well. This was a good experience all around.
