I had spinal fusion done by Dr. Remington in June of 2003. I sit here today, almost 15 years later, still able to play soccer, flag football and wear my 25lb belt to work everyday, as I am a Police Sergeant. I had my L4/L5 & L5/S1 fused together, which included taking bone from my hip and using metal plates and screws. It takes a good candidate to be a good patient and one who has success after surgery. If you suffer after the surgery, that may not be the doctor's fault. I give Dr. R five stars.
