Great Dr. ! Highly competent. He listened was empathetic and took action to help me with my pain and mobility, related to my osteo arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis (autoimmune inflammatory disease) He was the second orthopedist I had to go to for the same problem, the first doctor did nothing to help address my pain but Dr Rowley wanted ne to have relief, he drained excess fluid causing swelling in my knee and gave me a steroid injection which gave me relief! and isn't that what we go to a doctor for? I am a Registered Nurse and I Highly recommend Dr Rowley
