Dr. Ruoff is one of the most compassionate, understanding doctor I have ever met. My first encounter with him he relieved me from all my pain. Years later I was involved in a bad car accident and had a lot of back problems. Through the years I’ve had several surgeries by him. So has my mom. He’s a doctor, not a magician. Everything he’s had me do has helped in some way. He’s also referred me to an excellent rheumatologist. His staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Very accommodating. And yes sometimes you may need to wait but he’s an excellent surgeon. He has many patients. So his office staff is busy working. Not sitting around doing nothing. I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone I hear looking for a surgeon.
