If I could I would give Dr. Higgins ?? has good bedside manners, polite, courteous. attentive, caring (beyond what other do doctors do). Every visit was a wonderful experience, good sense of humor, trustworthy, down-to-earth & more Thank You for Sharing one Hold ask for in a Health provider.
