I went to the ER with severe cough and breathing problems. Dr. Penner and nursing staff quickly evaluated me and determined my illness. Dr. Penner took the time to fully explain my condition and treatment. Answered all my questions and did not rush me out. He definitely showed compassion and professionalism. I was very happy with the care he provided.
