Dr. Volk is a caring and personable doctor, focused on the best outcome for his patients. My daughter had terrible, persistent ear infections and was operated on three times. Twice for ear tubes (several years apart) and once for nasal surgery. At all times Dr. Volk was professional, compassionate and addressed parental concerns as well as eased the anxiety of both parent and patient.
