This week, my mother had an appointment with Dr. Shermer and I tagged along. I have to say that I was extremely impressed with him and everyone in his office. We only had to wait as long as it took to complete the new patient paperwork. Dr. Shermer explained everything about my mother's condition and next steps so thoroughly and I did NOT feel rushed at all! I love his approach to patient care and if I ever need a nephrologist, I will be going to him. BIG 5 stars!
