Patient Reviews
Feb 08, 2024
Dr. Barron and the Hattiesburg Clinic Orthopedic & Sport Medicine team and the LAW operation room team is the absolute BEST! After forty-two days on crutches, prescribed oral nerve and pain medication, a five-day steroid oral pack, two steroid injections, three x-rays, multiple physical therapy sessions, two MRI (Pelvic + Lumbar) scans, and two epidural injections (14 days apart), I was referred to Dr. Barron when the above preliminary noninvasive treatments were unfortunately unsuccessful. [Note: I am beyond thankful we entertained all preliminary stages prior to being referred to Dr. Barron.] Dr. Barron was immensely impressive during our one-on-one consult. He took the genuine time to review my MRI scan and explain it to me in relatable terms which created immediate trust. Today marks three weeks out from back surgery and I am blessed to share that I am walking, sleeping, and driving with zero nerve or pain discomfort! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Barron, one hundred percent!

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
