Patient Reviews
Oct 04, 2022
Dr Thompson gave me an in-depth pre-surgical consultation that fully and clearly explained the endarterectomy he would be performing 2 weeks hence to treat my carotid stenosis. He put me and my spouse completely at ease about the procedure. He was equally positive, confident and caring when we met prior to the procedure on September 19th. Everything we needed tg know was explained, including recovery. After the surgery he spoke with my wife and later with me and could not have been more caring. I could not have asked for a better surgical encounter than this. I will be sending a separate communication to Memorial Hospital about the care I received from the PACU nurses and staff and frankly every member of the various teams i spoke with. They were one of the best teams of health care providers I have experienced. A big thanks and thumbs up to them and to the Memorial/Beacon team!
