I can't begin to say enough about the positive attributes surrounding my involvement with Dr. Mark Thompson and the ENTIRE STAFF at A.F.A.A. On Azle Ave. in Lake Worth, TX. EVERY employee was ALWAYS nice, polite, and cheerful.Throughout my ten month ordeal with a severe ankle injury Involving diagnosis, surgery, and therapy. I think the longest I waited in the waiting room was at the most 7 minutes, on one appointment. 5 minutes or less for the other 20 or so appointments. The day of the surgery Dr. Thompson arrived, explained to me and my sweetheart, which ankle and what procedure he was performing and made us feel it ease. After the surgery, Dr. Thompson explained to me and my sweetheart the outcome, and that all went well.Dr. Thompson is a very qualified and skilled doctor and surgeon! As well as nice, polite, and has a good sense of humor.I would also like to add that Nikki, who is in charge of filling out all the Insurance paperwork was a superstar!
