Patient Reviews
Sep 13, 2024
I was diagnosed with lung cancer is April of 2024. I was referred to Dr Maxfield. when I first met him he spent 45 min with me going over my options of what to do. He was pretty much set on surgery would be best for me. He even drew pictures showing me what the insicions would look like and how they would remove part of my lung. He made sure that my suregery was sceduled within 30 days. He came to see me a few times in the hospital and was so helpful with all my questions. I had a couple of small complications for which I went to see him a few times after the surger. He was extreemly helpful, very nice and professional. I reallly like him and new that I could trust him from the first time that I met him. He was very attentive to all my needs. I would highly recommend him for any thorasic surgery or appointments that you mave have.

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
