Patient Reviews
Nov 26, 2019
1999 had colon removed due to ulcerative colitis by another dr. Due to some complications my wife researched other doctors and found a doctor who teaches other doctors and was lucky enough to get Dr. Welton at Stanford. He did a reversal surgery approx. 18-24 mos. after my original surgery. I started having some issues and he strongly suggested I have a permanent bag attached. In 2006 he performed that surgery. It is now 2019. Life is very good and no issues.

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
