Staff was very friendly & helpful. No waiting whatsoever. Finished signing my paperwork which I arrived 10 minutes early so that I would be finished in time and was called in immediately as I signed my last paper.. Very friendly staff named Sonia did the initial part of the exam, testing my vision, to see if my glasses prescription had changed, gave eye drops, did the glaucoma test, took the time to answer any & all of my questions. No more than 3 minutes later Dr. Lopatynsky came in. Very cheerful, did a thorough exam, answered any question that I had. Never felt rushed. I had one more short test done by another staff member. My appointment started at 2:00 & I was finished at 3:00. None of that time was spent waiting. I can’t say enough about how impressed I was w/ the staff, including front desk & Dr. Lopatynsky and how very efficient everything was run. No rush. Just felt honest compassionate care. Would recommend Dr. Lopatynsky & this office to anyone & have to many in my family.
