I really like how the PAs take the time to explain everything I need to know about my health issues. They answered all of my questions. Dr. Martinez was business like while preforming procedures but that is expected due to that fact that he needs to be putting his attention to what he is doing. Back procedures need extra care. He did have a sense of humor. My only problem is with the referral person. I waited for ever about a referral. I thought they should keep me informed instead of my having to call every other week. Also when I did call and left a messsage no one called me back. When I complained the girl was snarky to me. I found out that the insurance did not recieve the referral until the day I complained to her personally, so that means it wasn't ever sent in. Overall, I will recommend Dr. Martinez.
