Dr. Crow has been my oncologist for the past 17 years. She is exceptional in the level of detail, ability to explain test results in no-nonsense manner and genuinely takes an interest in her patients' wellbeing. Today I was informed that my health insurance provider is no longer accepted (same provider over past 17 years), and "self pay" was not an option. "Go find another oncologist" was the front office staff's response to my question as to what I should do next. Very disappointing, and my assessment is that if Dr. Crow had heard about this she would have intervened, seen me as her patient, and continued seeing me as her patient going forward. That's the kind of doctor and oncologist that she is. Absolutely top notch.
