Patient Reviews
Apr 01, 2023
I have been a patient of Dr. Hurd for several years and I consider her an excellent doctor. She has listened to my concerns, she has educated and encouraged me to improve my health. Even when I was not actively following her directions for improving my health, I did not feel that she was judging me. I think it was concern; she cannot be more concerned about a patient's health than the patient. Some people get their feelings hurt with the truth and cannot handle someone being direct. I also like how when something is beyond her scope she relays that and will refer you to another provider so that you can get the best care. I can say that over the years the service of the staff has improved (I just hate paying for a service before I receive it).

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
