I saw Dr. Ayre for several years as I was dealing with a difficult time that evoked past traumatic experiences. Dr. Ayre's insight, compassion, intelligence, and open-mindedness were life-altering for me. Her consideration of alternatives were enlightening. While medications were helpful, Dr. Ayre's training in integrative therapies including nutrition and psychoanalysis were essential to my improvement.
