Dr. Rivera delivered both my daughters and I continue to see her for my GYN checkups as I enter my mid 40s. I love that her practice is boutique and efficient - but that she has the experience of being part of a large practice. She's thorough and experienced. Is peers with many of the familiar doctors still at large hospitals either working with them or gone to school together. I also have a background in the same setting but admin side (also in OBGYN) and know that it's virtually impossible to be your potential best as a physician with the stress that comes with practicing in a institutional setting. Maybe because her kids have grown, but it's rare to find a brilliant, confident doctor to leave the career security of a large highly regarded hospital system (that always comes with dysfunction and stress) to opening a private practice. It is night and day having been part of both as a patient and someone behind the scenes. Michelle is a gem and manager extraordinaire.
