I had MOHS surgery with Dr. Stevenson earlier this week and I cannot say enough good things about her and her staff. Dr. Stevenson explained everything that was happening and answered all of the questions when I had them. They could also see how nervous I was and offered to play music I liked and offered me stress balls to help with my anxiety. I got very upset and emotional at one point and she took the time to breathe with me and help me to calm down so the procedure could continue. She and her staff could not have been more empathetic and caring. I was so nervous going into this surgery and she and her staff were truly amazing. She was able to take as little as needed and later in the day I was able to have a successful closure done by a plastic surgeon. If I ever need MOHS surgery again I would definitely go to her and I highly recommend her and her staff to anyone who needs this kind of surgery.
