Dr. Clance was my doctor while I lived in Annapolis for over 10 years. My initial appointment, I said something to the effect of it would take me too long to tell her everything I had going on in my life - her response was 'I don't wear a watch'. Having lived in 5 different states in my adult life I can say that absolutely no other internist had before (or since) taken such an interest or time to get to know me and my health background. In addition to being very thorough, she personally calls with any test results - and follows up when she refers you to a specialist. I wish I had a doctor today that calls instead of their office staff, who don't have the ability to answer questions when you have an issue or an unfavorable test result. She is a terrific clinician, who really cares about her patients. If I hadn't moved from Maryland, she would still be my doc - I loved having her as my primary care go to.
