I just saw Dr. Kwaan for the first time today. The reviews I read here made me worry she would be brusque and unprofessional, but I thought she was terrific! She took her time talking to me about a difficult subject and she was both knowledgeable and kind. I have zero complaints and I would recommend her to anyone.
