I've been seeing Dr. Shickich for several months, starting in my third trimester through postpartum. She is the first psychiatrist I've ever worked with. She walked me through the risks and benefits of starting medication during pregnancy in a way that made me feel very empowered and confident in my choice. She has wonderful bedside manner and treats my concerns with respect. In addition to handling my medication, she gives me practical recommendations for dealing with anxiety and mental health concerns. I feel very confident in her care and would recommend her to anyone.
