Dr McAteer is great. Also had wonderful experience with Dr Vu-Gia,contact lens specialist. BUT, office support is appalling. Unlike all my other doctors, they do not make appts a year in advance. Neither do they remind you when it's time for an upcoming yearly visit. When you do call, you are kept waiting for half an hour, while a voice comes on periodically telling you they are trying to improve their phone wait time!!! Then when you finally do get through, they say they don't have any appointments for Months! They are the only medical office I deal with that is so disorganized in this way. I suppose it is up to patient to have their own reminder system, and then call about 5 months or so in advance.
