My elderly 81 year old Mom was having COVID symptoms for 3 days. The wait to see Dr. Manzoor was short. The only problem was the facility wouldn't let me bring the wheelchair out. My Mom is elderly with mobility problems and she was not well. So she had no choice but to walk the long ramp or take the stairs. This policy should be changed. The staff Stephanie who tested her was very nice and Dr. Manzoor is very good! She asked specific questions to make sure no interactions with Mom's other meds and prescribed meds for COVID. Thank you Dr. Manzoor and staff!
