I've been treated by Dr. Richards for adrenal cryoablation. At the first consultation he clearly explained the procedure based on my specific case. Then in the hospital he carefully examined me before and after the procedure, and kept me in the hospital for 24 hours to monitor my status. When after two days I called the doctor's office and complained about pain, Dr. Richards called me back in 20 minutes. He discussed my problems and assigned a CT scan not only for abdomen, but also the chest because of my severe cough. His scheduler, Kim, organized everything just in one day! Dr. Richards called me the next day after the CT scan and said that the cryoablation was OK, but I have liquid in pleural area and it has to be taken away ASAP. Again, his scheduler Kim set up the procedure and it was done. But Dr. Richards is just an invasive radiologist to make a cryoablation, all others was done because he is a real doctor, who cares about people. My deepest respect to you, Doctor!
