Dr Rischall was absolutely fabulous! He and his assistant Stephanie both listened extremely well, sincerely cared and gave me the best possible experience during my procedure. I have always seen Randall Nelson for my procedures in the past and was nervous to have somebody new. My first interaction was with Stephanie. She was lovely listened well and reassured me. Next Dr Rischall, who have been updated by Stephanie, came in. We talked about my concerns and he put me at ease. During the procedure he talked through what he was going to do and ensured all went smoothly. I would recommend Dr Rischall as he genuinely cared and he did great work.
