Patient Reviews
Oct 28, 2023
First let me say that Dr. Bernhard's NP, Carrie Hancock was amazing! She was caring and listened to my anxiety & concerns that developed after starting this process with another orthopedic doctor which was demoralizing and unprofessional. Carrie got the ball rolling on day one and I received a call from the physical therapy office the same day! I found Dr. Bernhard to be very thorough, caring & professional and provided time for me to ask questions. My niece said he was very professional when he gave her my post surgery report. He said I would be on a walker for a couple of weeks and then on a cane for a couple of weeks. I was walking completely unassisted by day 16. I was able to sleep on my surgical side 4 weeks after the surgery with no problems. If I need another joint replacement, no one else is touching me unless he is no longer practicing. Many people said 'He's the best' and I concur. Thank you Dr. Bernhard for giving me my life back. Our community is fortunate to have you!
