First of all. I voluntarily checked myself into the hospital. Dr. Atienza, was absolutely clear with me about a course of action. I was prescribed medicine that is not only helping me, but giving me my life back. I was honest with myself and him, and I'm willing to put the work in to get better. He was honest with my family about how to support me and took the time to explain to them and myself what my diagnosis was. I know that people are in different stages of recovery, but if you are honest with yourself and the doctor he will do nothing but get you where you need to be.
