In 2011 another urologist recommended Dr Ercolani after seeing my MRI and saying ' this is above my pay grade. See Dr Ercolani, he's young and fairly new in the area but he will be able to treat the mass seen on the MRI.' Young and new were not words that encouraged me but my primary doctor said 'see him, you've always been able to determine if you're comfortable with any references you've gotten'. I called & got an appointment the next day. He scheduled my surgery for an encapsulated malignant tumor on my kidney, located in the back of it. He had no choice but to remove the kidney. He spent time explaining the procedure and even gave me his cell phone number. His office staff were friendly yet professional. I continued seeing him for follow up appointments for 10 years even though he said it wasn't necessary to do so. I can't say enough to recommend him. Thank you Dr Matt
