Dr. Otto was a significant factor in the ER experience at Good Samaritan hospital. He was knowledgeable, prescriptive, and was able to instill a sense of calm while providing needed services. He is exceptional. Should you have the opportunity to meet him, you will immediately know there is something different about him. Thank you Dr. Otto!
