Everything about Blossom was incredible. However, admittedly I was scared to have this procedure done for fear I wouldn’t wake up. Dr. Apel, was impressive and confident. Immediately I felt at ease and knew I was in the exact right place at that moment. He performed the procedure with expert hands, and I was blown away. Highly recommend Dr. Apel and his staff at Blossom Bariatrics - they are simply the best.
