I was experiencing hearing loss and I walked in without an appointment. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was anticipating that I would have to make an appointment and return at a later date. Doctor Bettag was able to make time to examine me immediately, he diagnosed and remedied my problem within thirty minutes.
