Professional, accommodating, friendly. Dr. Fortna and staff work closely with patients and families - he and they are such a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend. Our area is fortunate to have this office located here, we usually have to travel to Buffalo for such great service!! (Which we would for this practice if we had to, he is THAT good)
