I came to him because another neurosurgeon's opinion sounded a little off to me, and I could see Dr. Macdougall was doing more cutting edge stuff in case surgery was necessary. Dr. Macdougall completely reassured me my feelings were correct, taking time to explain why. Also told me surgery was not necessary at this time, went over the MRI films with me, explaining what we were looking at. He took a lot of time with me, very patiently answering my many questions. Highly recommend him if you want a doctor who listens and makes you feel seen!
