Patient Reviews
Oct 30, 2023
After an ultrasound for a totally unrelated condition, I was informed I had an abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) of significant size, a life-threatening condition. It was a complete surprise and shock, as I had no indications or family history whatsoever of this health issue. Consultation with Dr Roos was not rushed, informative, and calming. He answered all my and my representative's question and concerns. I felt I was in good hands entering the surgery. He visited me every single day while I was in ICU and on the surgical unit (total 8 days); and took my questions and concerns seriously. He gave me good guidance on what to do, and not do, after discharge, and what I might encounter as I healed in the coming weeks. His quiet confidence in a very positive outcome and recovery put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend him and the Vascular Center practice to others facing similar medical challenges.
